Ek Pahel in association with Stem Academy of USA and Renaissance organised an Iinternational webinar on "Virtual Hands-On Learning: A Foreseeable Reality". Dr. Amitabh Sharma from Stem Academy USA and Mr. Shabd Mishra were the key speakers. Directors, Principals and Educators from 10 schools of Agra actively participated in the webinar. Many educators agreed that hands-on learning is essential for developing scientific inquiry, fostering innovation and encouraging entrepreneurship in students. But the educators also accepted that there will be some resistance from parents initially in adopting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for their children but once they do, they would see their children understanding practical aspects of things and flaring well in exams. The webinar was the first step to revamp rote learning education system in India where campaigns like "Make in India", "Skill India" are running to make India self-dependent. We thank all the distinguished educators for their contribution to make this webinar a huge success.
